All sales are final unless an item is damaged, defective, or misprinted upon arrival, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Because our items are custom made to order, up to 7 business days of production time may apply before shipment. Shipping timelines displayed at checkout refer to transit time only and do not include production time.
Orders will ship with tracking information provided via email.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, shipping delays, or circumstances outside of our control once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

By purchasing from our store, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly.
Filing a chargeback without prior contact may be considered a violation of these terms.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting evidence, including order confirmation, tracking information, delivery confirmation, and communication records.
