Shipping policy

📦 All of our products are made to order and prepared in-house at our Oxford distribution location.

This allows us to maintain quality while reducing waste.

Because all items are made to order, processing time is required before shipment.

Please allow up to 7 business days for production and handling before your order ships, depending on demand.

Processing time occurs before shipping and is separate from transit time.

Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on carrier and destination.

Most customers receive their order within approximately 5–15 business days from the time of purchase, depending on processing time.

All items in your order will ship together once production is complete.

You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, seasonal demand, or circumstances outside of our control.

We currently ship within the United States only.
