Be Someone's Person™
Replace the “what if.”
Break the pattern. Show up. Change a life.
1 in 3 people feel alone and unseen—
leading to depression, anxiety, or isolation. In the U.S. alone, 116 million people carry this weight. We all have the ability to bridge that gap through simple, intentional acts of kindness.
BE SOMEONE’S PERSON™, created by content creators @kaylaandsamantha, was built to be more than clothing—it’s a signal for human connection, kindness, showing up for people, and mental health awareness.
The Signal
BE SOMEONE’S PERSON™ was built with intent.
We’re building a community that shows up to break patterns— whether generational, internal, or overdue. We choose to be there because one moment can change everything.
The Biology of Connection
Kindness isn’t just a feeling— it’s biological.
Acts of kindness increase serotonin, dopamine, and oxytocin— the brain’s feel-good chemicals. One moment. One action. That’s all it takes to shift someone— including yourself— out of stress and isolation.
The Heart Behind the Movement
Showing up can save a life.
Samantha, our co-founder, knows that feeling firsthand. Growing up in a rough environment without someone to truly show up for her led to anger, anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts— baggage that was never hers to carry.
She was the 1 in 3.
Kayla, her wife of 17 years and co founder, also knows the effects of dealing with her own versions of being this statistic. They chose to break the pattern. They did the work to show up for themselves so they could show up for others.
This movement was born from that survival. It’s for anyone who felt like they had to carry the weight alone— and refuses to let a stranger feel that way, too.
Kindness is free.
Show up. Be the sign. Be the reason.
